About the Business
Founded in 2003, Andrew Christopher Builders has grown to become one of Weymouth's top Builders.
Andrew started his building career in 1984, working for a small local company Wey Valley Builders. I was fortunate to have fantastic training as it was only the two of us at that time, I had to learn fast and nothing less than perfect was acceptable. We spent two years building four individual houses near Upwey Wishing Well. They each incorporated individual features such as inglenook fireplaces. Shortly after Gary Walter joined the company and he still works alongside me today. We then moved into restoration work and worked on individual projects all over the County, including work for the Princes Trust. We were fortunate to work on some really old character properties and it gave me my passion for quality work. It is so important to preserve our heritage and pass those skills on to future generations.
