Management places a strong emphasis on being involved at all levels of the organisation and ensures that the companys quality and safety objectives are communicated to all employees and agents. Assurance that quality standards are maintained is established by the companys ISO 9001:2000 accreditation. This International Management System is fully implemented and audited annually for renewal.
