Epps Construction Limited is a general building contractor operating throughout Kent, South East London, East Sussex and East Surrey. It is a family company established back in 1841 and currently in its sixth generation being managed by Richard Epps. The company operates in four divisions. The Projects Division managing contracts up to £5.00m. General Works retaining the local builder service undertaking work from around £3k up to approximately £500k, CK Joinery offering bespoke high class joinery and Marc Carney & Co Electrical & Solar a division offering bespoke electrical and solar photovoltaic installations. The majority of our Clients are commercial or public bodies initiating work in the residential, community, health and education sectors. In recent years the mainstream of our activity has been in the provision of affordable housing, the construction of village halls and community centres, large extensions to and refurbishment of schools and colleges and industrial fit outs.
