About the Business
Glenward Builders was established in the 1970's where founder Graham Warden started trading as a Sole Trader. The company continued through the seventies sub-contracting with local companies and carrying out Local Authority works. In the eighties, Glenward Builders expanded, employing a workforce to carry out small works contracts with Local Health Authorities. In the nineties, Glenward won its own Local Authority contracts, carrying out full contracts covering Local Authority domestic properties.
Glenward Builders now counts the Local Authority amongst its clients aswell as local schools, colleges, offices and leisure parks and centres. This is of course, aswell as the general public.
