About the Business
In the ten years that GRD have been operating they have been nominated by their clients three times for the FMB Master Builder of the Year Awards. The last nomination in 2008 for a house built in Leeds received a Certificate of Merit Award for the Yorkshire and Trent region (we effectively came third for all builders building less than fifty new homes a year).
In 2006 GRD was recognized as an Investor in People. They are active members of Promoting Construction West Yorkshire which is a training group as well as the Governments CITB Construction Skills. GRD actively trains its employees and subcontractors and utilizes funding from the Train to Gain European grants to ensure it meets its training plan commitment.
