Smart Building Services Ltd is a General Building Company & Property Maintenance Contractor. With over 20 years experience in the building industry.
I have carried out all general building work from Extensions to Loft conversions and Refurbishments through to Painting and Decorating. I am a City & Guilds certified Bricklayer and hold an NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying & Construction and I am very experienced in Tiling having had a Tiling Business for 10 years and have a NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Tiling. I am Certified to install Firestone Rubber Roofing Systems and Rubberbond EPDM and also Cure It Fibreglass so I am experienced and Certified in all kinds of Roofing work. I have 20 years experience in Painting and Decorating and hold an NVQ level 2 Diploma so I know how to achieve a quality finish and I have also undertaken a Plastering Splitter Course. I and any sub-contractors I use are all experienced tradesman who will only do work to a good standard.
