Wilson Allen Shopfitters & Builders

Allen Wilson are a successful and progressive organisation offering a complete 'turn-key' facility to our clients. Our aim is to provide an efficient and reliable service combined with high quality workmanship and value for money. We also have developed close relationships with designers, architects, engineers and legal advisors during our 30 years of trading who are on hand to provide their expertise along the way. Here at Allen Wilson our long term strategy is based on creating development opportunities jointly with our partners, both in the private and social housing sectors.

We have a dedicated team whose only aim is to convert the best outcome in delivering land opportunites from planning though to the construction stages. This translates into a joint venture for partnering projects, using our Group's funding partners, whether taking an equity stake though a special purpose vehicle, forward funding the construction costs or purchasing land.
