About the Business
We carry out building contracts up to the value of £500,000, but smaller jobs are always considered! We have a team of 20 operatives and we engage experienced bona-fide sub-contractors as required. We also have trained Biokil Crown technicians and a surveyor. We are also approved installers of Dryzone chemical damp treatment (odourless injection). We are members of Constructionline, the Federation of Master Builders and the NHBC. We're also members of the Worcestershire County Council Trading Standards Trader Register.
We carry £10 million employers' liability insurance and £5 million public liability insurance (which can be raised if required). Abbey & Lyndon has been in a framework agreement for capital works with Redditch Borough Council since 2008. This includes general ground works and below ground drainage, building, brickwork, plastering, roofing and structural repairs; painting; and UPVC windows installation.
