ECL Builders and Decorators Ltd was formed in 1972 and is a small family owned business. The company has grown and developed year on year, successfully delivering a range of work from refurbishments, plumbing, heating, carpentry, decorating, flooring, roofing and drainage to maintenance repairs. Our conception and aim is to provide a complete building and maintenance service for the local schools, housing associations, local authorities and residential and commercial customers.
We will deliver competitive prices, quality work and customer satisfaction. ECL Builders will provide their customers at all times with quality professional staff that have been through DBS checks and have certification numbers. ECL Builders is registered with Construction Line, CHAS and Gas Safe. We take the health and safety of our workforce, clients and the public very serious and as a result have an excellent health and safety record.
