About the Business
Falcon Building Services have been providing a full building reinstatement and restoration service to domestic and commercial properties since 2007. The company is normally engaged directly by an insurance company or by appointed loss adjusters, following an insurable incident. Geographically, the company are based in the North West with a satellite office in Nottingham, however coverage extends over the majority of the UK between the M4 motorway in the South and the M8 motorway in Scotland.
Falcon Building Services are proud to be appointed to the panels of a number of major national loss adjusters including Crawford and Company, the Direct Line Group, MA Assist network and WNS Assistance. Given the emphasis on customer care and fulfilling client expectations that epitomises Falcon Building Services approach to each project, the company is familiar and comfortable, with aspects of Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
