A company in its own right, GDC works with external clients and also handles the main contracting role of all Downing construction requirements. A team of highly skilled individuals work with you to maximize the quality of your project at an agreed cost whilst minimising risk and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. What's more, we get to know your business to understand and manage the Design and Build process, providing fit-outs and built-in detail unique to your requirements.
