Mallard Building Services

Welcome to Mallard Building Services; local builders in Peterborough since 1982.

We strongly believe in keeping our deliverables in time and on budget. Having a core team of builders, electricians, plumbers, roofers, plasterers and decorators enables us to deliver a consistently high level of service on time, every time. We have vast in-house expertise and will always provide a high end, professional and friendly service from initial quote through to project completion.

If you're thinking of building on to your current property, whether a home extension, building up (loft conversion), out (home / garage extension), or down (basement conversion), then give us a call. As well as accurate quotations we may also be able to help and give advice regarding Building Regulations relevant to your project.
