All our trades people hold relevant qualifications and support the company ethos of trust and reliability. A number of our employees were initially employed as apprentices and have remained with McConnachie Ayr on completion of their studies - our staff have been supported to develop as craftsmen whilst adopting our values of conscientiousness, respect and responsibility.
