Modern Builders Ltd has been established in the North East of England as a superior building Company since 1959. We employ only the most professional tradesmen and Director Mr Bottoms is personally involved in all aspects of every contract we are involved in. We can provide services for all types of trades including building, roofing, plumbing and electrical.

Our projects consist of: extensions, house building, new roof, roofing repairs, industrial repairs, domestic repairs, ground Work, kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing and joinery Work. Based in Washington we are ideally placed for the North East of England including Newcastle, Sunderland and Gateshead.
