Our knowledge has been obtained throughout over 25 years of practical, engineering and management experience within the Building Services industry, working on New Build, Refurbishment, Framework, Measured Term and Maintenance Contracts, from initiation to completion. Our expertise also extends to the specialist gas and water processing industries, along with high pressure steam installations.
Over the years we have provided documents for companies ranging from those whose turnover exceeds £100,000,000 or more, to those who turn over a few hundred thousand pounds each year. We are very aware of the ways that large and small organizations operate.
