Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to look at our website, my name's Paul Alvarez, Managing Director of Ultima. Founded in 2001, I wanted to establish a company that changed peoples perceptions of the building trade. Unfortunately, most people in this life have had, or know someone who has had a negative experience with the building trade. Over the years the company has grown to an ideal size - large enough to cope, whilst still small enough to give that personal touch. You will find me on site with my team of skilled tradesmen and each and every job is personally checked by myself before being signed off.
However, the service doesn't stop there. You can rest easy in the knowledge that you should you experience any problems in the future, we are only ever a phone call away.
