East Down Building & Joinery

Our Firm was Established in 1998, and since then has been proud to have completed building works across the province of N Ireland.

East Down Building & Joinery can help with decisions about building improvements prior to architects drawings. Due to our vast experience in this area we can give advice and ideas of how to potentially reclaim living space that already exists in your home but may be unused wasted space. The possibilities can be endless and in most circumstances can provide for that much needed extra bedroom & ensuite, office space etc. We can provide details of architects who will make the best use of the space you have to work with yet can still design projects which will meet all building regulations without exceeding your budget.
