The Company has evolved over 25 years in civil engineering construction and management, and was restructured in 2000 to form Highway Construction Services Ltd. Based in Stockton on Tees, we operate within the Tees Valley primarily working for Local Authorities, carrying out a broad spectrum of Civil Engineering, Building and DDA Access works.

The Company has a strong Construction Management team, comprising of several qualified professionals with many years of experience, which head and support our highly trained, dedicated and valued permanent workforce.
