David joined the company in 1982 as a Production Controller and was promoted to Contracts Manager in 1984. He joined the Board of Pearce Construction (Barnstaple) Ltd in 1991 and became Managing Director in 2000. Richard joined the company in 1983 as a Production Controller and was promoted to Contracts Manager in 1987. He took over the Major Contracts Division in 2000.
David joined the company in 1969 as an Apprentice Carpenter. He became a Site Manager in 1977, joined the office staff in 1983 as a Production Controller and was promoted to Contracts Manager in 1989. David took over the running of Pearce Property Services in 1996.
